Abstract: | Penilaian kinerja pegawai merupakan proses dimana organisasi berupaya untuk memperoleh informasi yang akurat tentang kinerja pegawainya. Sebagai institusi yang selalu berupaya dalam peningkatan mutu pegawainya, Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana juga menerapkan sistem penilaian kinerja pegawai, khususnya pegawai non-akademik. Penilaian dilakukan dengan form DP3 yang diisi berdasarkan penilaian atasan secara manual. Penilaian dengan model ini tentu memakan waktu lama karena banyaknya pegawai yang harus dinilai dan objektifitas penilaian kurang maksimal.Untuk itulah penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi penilaian kinerja pegawai non-akademik berbasis web yang dapat digunakan menilai kinerja pegawai non-akademik secara terkomputerisasi. Metode penilaian menggunakan metode TOPSIS sehingga hasil penilaian tidak semata-mata tidak berdasarkan penilaian atasan saja. Sistem ini dibangun dengan framework Laravel dan diharapkan membantu penilaian kinerja pegawai non-akademik sehingga terjadi peningkatan pelayanan terhadap civitas academica UKSW. Employee performance assessment is a process where an organization seeks to get an accurate assessment of its employees’ performance. As an institution who always seeks to increase the quality of its employees, Satya Wacana Christian University (UKSW) has also implemented the system, especially for its non-academic employees. The assessment is carried out by filling out a DP3 form manually, based on the evaluation from the supervisor. This type of assessment consumes a lot of time, because of how many employees need to be evaluated and the lack of objectivity in the assessment. Hence, this research is being done with a purpose to map out and implement a web-based performance assessment information system for the non-academic employees, which can then be used to assess those employees’ performance using a computerized system. The method used is the TOPSIS method, it assures the result of the assessment is not only based on the supervisor’s evaluation. This method is built using the Laravel framework, and hopefully it can help assess the non-academic employees’ performance in order to increase the quality of service towards UKSW’s academic community. |
