Analisis terhadap Penggunaan Sistem Informasi dengan Menggunakan Kerangka Model for Mandatory Use of Software Technologies pada Aplikasi Sistem Keuangan dan Akuntansi Satya Wacana (SIKASA) di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga

Abstract

Sikasa New merupakan suatu sistem informasi keuangan dan akuntansi yang diterapkan di Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga yang dimana dalam penerapannya masih bersifat baru dan diwajibkan bagi para penggunanya. Namun dalam tahap awal penerapannya, kurang optimalnya kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan oleh sistem dan ketidakpuasan yang diperoleh pengguna menyebabkan tingkat inkonsistensi pengumpulan data keuangan yang tidak merata sehingga berpengaruh terhadap keuntungan yang dapat diperoleh pihak Universitas. Kerangka Model For Mandatory Use Of Software Technologies dengan metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat penggunaan Sikasa New. Analisis data menggunakan Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan faktor-faktor yang mempunyai pengaruh seperti kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan, kepuasan informasi yang diperoleh pengguna, tuntutan dan lingkungan pekerjaan, ekpektasi kinerja dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan menggunakan sistem, sikap pengguna terhadap sistem, kepuasan secara keseluruhan terhadap sistem, keuntungan yang diperoleh instansi dalam penggunaan sistem.

Sikasa New is a financial and accounting application software that were implemented at the Christian University of Satya Wacana Salatiga, which is new and is mandatory for users. But in the early stages of implementation, the system produce the less optimal quality of information and obtained user dissatisfaction caused inconsistencies level financial data collection uneven and therefore contributes to take the benefits that can be obatined obtained by the University. Framework of Model For Mandatory Use Of Software Technologies with quantitative methods are used to explore the factors that influence the level of use by Sikasa New. Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) were used for data analysis. The results showed the factors that have an influence such as the quality of information produced, satisfaction of information obtained by the user, the demands and work environment, expectations of performance in completing the work by using the system, the user attitude towards the system, overall satisfaction with the system, the benefits agencies in the use of the system.
