Pengaruh Ekspektasi Kinerja terhadap Minat Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi: Studi Kasus PERSIPDA Kota Salatiga

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi merupakan hal yang penting bagi organisasi karena dapat meningkatkan efisiensi lembaga dari segi waktu untuk mencapai tujuan lembaga itu sendiri. Persipda merupakan salah satu lembaga pemerintah yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi sejak tahun 2010-an dan belum optimal dalam pemanfaatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana menganalisa ekspektasi kinerja terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di Persipda Kota Salatiga. Ekspektasi kinerja didalam model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) dengan metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi pengguna terhadap minat pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di Persipda Kota Salatiga. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi kinerja, keuntungan relatif, dan ekspektasi hasil berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat pemanfaatan teknologi informasi.

The utilization of information technology is the most important thing for organization because it can increase the institute efficiency in terms of time to achieve its purpose itself. Persipda is the one of government institute which uses the technology information since 2010s and not yet optimal in its utilization. This research was used to find out how to anaylze the performance expectation to the information technology utilization at Persipda, Salatiga City. The performance expectation in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) model with quantitive method which was used to explore the user perception about the interest of information technology utilization at Persipda, Salatiga City. The result of this research indicate that the performance expectation, relative advantage, and outcome expectations are positive influential significant to the interest of information technology utilization.
