Abstract: | Teknologi Informasi (TI) telah menjadi bagian yang berperan penting dalam perusahaan. Namun adanya keterbatasan dalam pemahaman TI akan berpengaruh pada perusahaan tersebut sehingga tidak bisa berjalan. Hal serupa terjadi pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Salatiga di mana hingga saat ini belum cukup dalam kualitas layanan TI dalam mengukur sebuah keberhasilan layanan. dengan bantuan kerangka kerja ITIL V.3 yang berfokus pada Service Operation (SO). Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi dan sumber data dari pihak BKD.Dengan melibatkan lima sub domain SO sebagai tolak ukur. serta dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi yang ada masih belum berjalan dengan maksimal karena memiliki banyak kelemahan seperti kurangnya SDM dan penilaiannya belum sempurna karena kurangnya kontrol dari pihak BKD dan pengetahuan teknologi informasi sehingga masalah sulit diatasi. Information technology ( TI ) has become a part that are important for the company .But that the lack of in understanding ti will have an influence on the company so that will not be running .Something similar has happened to BKD in Salatiga which until now has not enough in the quality of services ti in measuring service a success . With the help of a framework ITIL V.3 that focuses on service operation (SO) .The research was done using a qualitative methodology used a technique of interviews and observations and data sources from the BKD.dengan involving five sub the domain so as yardstick . As well as it can be concluded that the application of which there are still have not run in full because it has many weaknesses such as lack of resources and their assessment rudimentary because of a lack of control of BKD parties and knowledge of information technology so that the problem is difficult to overcome |
