Abstract: | Siswa SMK Negeri 3 Kendal memiliki masalah dengan minimnya ketersediaan daya dukung pembelajaran membuat kelas menjadi pasif saat pembelajaran berlangsung. Strategi pembelajaran active knowledge sharing diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di kelas dengan memanfaatkan mailing list Google Groups sebagai media pembelajaran di luar kelas. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain matching pretest-posttest control group. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbandingan kemampuan siswa, aktivitas siswa, dan efektifitas pembelajaran kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol. Hasil tanggapan kuesioner siswa sejumlah 64,86% sangat setuju untuk Google Groups digunakan sebagai media pendukung kegiatan-kegiatan pendidikan. Keberhasilan ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan jumlah persentase kemampuan dan aktivitas siswa dalam mempengaruhi efektifitas pembelajaran dengan persentase sejumlah 97,14%. Students at State Vocational School Kendal 3 had a problem with supportless material learning made class situation such as passive class during the lesson. Active learning strategy of knowledge sharing applied in the classroom to increase effectiveness of the lesson in class by using the Google Groups mailing list as a medium of learning outside the classroom. The experiment used was quasi experiment with matching pretest-posttest control group design. The result showed that the student’s ability, activity, and effectiveness of the learning class was higher than the control class. The result of the questionnaire students response showed 64,86 percent agreed that Google Groups was used as a medium support for educational activity increase. The result showed that student’s ability and activity influenced the result effectiveness of the learning class 97,14 percent. |
