Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Nusa Cendana Kupang-NTT. Teknik pengambilan contoh menggunakan contoh jenuh dengan jumlah 87 dosen. Pengumpulan data untuk peubah budaya organisasi menggunakan skala budaya organisasi yang terdiri dari 27 aitem, peubah motivasi kerja dengan jumlah 19 aitem dan peubah kinerja dosen yang berjumlah 38 aitem. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS Windows versi 17.0. hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Nusa Cendana Kupang-NTT. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi berganda, diperoleh bahwa budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja memberi sumbangan efektif 98,5%, terhadap kinerja Dosen Fakultas Perternakan UNDANA Kupang-NTT.
The objective of this study is to determine whether the organizational culture and job motivation affected on the lecturers performance of Animal Husbandry Faculty, Nusa Cendana University Kupang-NTT. The study use a saturated sample which consisted of 87 lecturers. On this study, data collection used 27 items of organizational culture scale, 19 items of work motivation scale, and 38 item of job performance scale, respectively. Data were analyzed by linear multiple regression test using SPSS Windows Version 17.0. The result of this study indicate that organizational culture and job motivation have simultaneously significant influence toward Lecturer’s performance of Animal Husbandry Faculty, Nusa Cendana University, Kupang-NTT. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis, is organizational culture and job motivation, are effectively contribute 98,5% to lecturer’s performance.
