Abstract: Results of the final value of the overall ICT achieve mastery of grade VIII only 73% only, is expected by 85% ICT teachers. Because the learning models used by ICT teachers using a model lecture. Thus the research on the application of learning models of type kooperatiof reciprocal teaching to provide convenience in delivering course material in particular ICT subjects with quasi experimental method. This study showed an increase of student learning outcomes and student activity usingthe cooperative model as a model type of reciprocal teaching in class learning on the subjects of ICT in SMP N 7 Salatiga.
