Abstract: This research focused on the students’ attitudes toward reflective journal in Micro Teaching class. The purpose of the present study was to find out the students’ attitudes toward reflective journal in Micro Teaching class. This study used a semi-structured interview to collect the data. The individual interview was conducted with 10 students in one of particular group of Micro Teaching class in English Language Education Program (ELEP) of Faculty Language and Arts (FLA), Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW). The findings of this study showed the students’ positive attitudes toward reflective journal writing. The findings also showed the things that commonly written by the students in reflective journal including the students’ feelings, students’ experiences, students’ strengths and weaknesses, and things that should be improved during their teaching practices in Micro Teaching class.
