Analisis Manfaat Bisnis SI/TI Menggunakan Ranti’s Generic IS/IT Business Value Untuk Mengukur Investasi Sistem Informasi di PT. Nasmoco Salatiga

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi (TI), memberikan dampak positif berupa kemudahan dalam hal penyediaan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Perusahaan perlu menerapkan sistem informasi ini dalam kegiatan mereka untuk memenangkan persaingan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, PT.NASMOCO memperbaiki sistem panggajian yang susah ada untuk mempercepat proses dalamperhitungan gaji karyawan. Dengan adanya aplikasi tersebut, maka dibutuhkan proses analisis dengan menggunakan metode Ranti’s Generic IS/IT Business Values.Metode Ranti’s Generic IS/IT Business Values dapat digunakan dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengklarifikasi manfaat bisnis SI/TI dari implementasi investasi SI/TI yang dilakukan PT.NASMOCO. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistemSistem informasi perhitungan gaji yang masih manual menyebabkan kesulitan untuk menghitung data gaji karyawan, sedangkan aplikasipenggajian yang terkomputerisasi mempermudah proses perhitungan dat a gaji karyawan serta dapat meminimalisir biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh PT.NASMOCO.

The development of information technology (IT) gives a positive impact which provides convenience in providing the information needed by people. Companies need to implement these information systems in their activities to win the competition. Based on this comprehension, PT.NASMOCO fix their previously salary system to speed up the calculation process of salary for employees. With these applications, it is necessary to analyze the process with Generic Ranti's IS / IT Business Values. Generic methods Ranti's IS / IT Business Values can be used to identify and clarify the benefits of SI/TI business from the implementation of investment that was done by PT.NASMOCO.The results of this study indicate that the salary calculation information system that is still manual causing trouble to calculate employee salary data, while the computerized salary application can simplify the process of calculating employee salary data as well as to minimize the costs incurred by PT.NASMOCO.
