Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi Menggunakan The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) (Studi Kasus : GKI Masaran)

Abstract

Perencanaan strategis sistem informasi yang baik merupakan salah satu hal yang paling penting bagi organisasi untuk bisa menjalankan proses bisnis yang baik.. Proses bisnis Gereja Kristen Indonesia Masaran sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun masih belum memiliki sebuah infrastruktur sistem informasi/teknologi informasi (SI/TI). Sehingga dibutuhkan pengembangan suatu kerangka kerja yang baik untuk mer encanakan kembali, merancang dan mengelola infrastruktur SI/TI. Perencanaan strategis sistem informasi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan manfaat bisnis organisasi. Tahapan dalam perencanaan strategis sistem informasi untuk Gereja Kristen Indonesia Masaran adala h The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM). TOGAF ADM berisi tahapan-tahapan untuk merancang sebuah Enterprise Architecture (EA) bagi sebuah organisasi. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah sebuah blueprint arsitektur berskala enterprise sebagai pedoman bagi perusahaan untuk mewujudkan rencana strategis SI/TI.

The best Strategic planning is one of the most important things for a organization to be able to run a good business processes.The business process in Masaran Indonesian Christian Church has been running well though it still does not have infrastructure of information system /information technology (IS/IT). So its needed the development of a good framework for planning a return, designing and managing infrastructure IS/IT Strategic information system planning is aimed to increase the benefit of business organization. The stage of strategic information system planning in Masaran Indonesian Christian Church is The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM). TOGAF ADM consists of the stages to design an Enterprise Architecture (EA) for an organization.
