Strategi Komunikasi Komunitas Futsal Youthkrew Premier League dalam Mempertahankan Eksistensi di Kota Salatiga

Abstract

Sebuah komunitas futsal di Salatiga Youthkrew Premier League atau sering disebut dengan YPL, Youthkrew Premier League ini dibentuk pada 4 Maret 2011 yang awalnya terdiri dari 12 tim. Berjalannya waktu, tim yang berada dalam komunitas ini berkurang, karena faktor-faktor individu yang tidak memungkinkan untuk bergabung lagi. Dengan melalui proses naik turun seperti ini akhirnya pengurus-pengurus komunitas futsal Youthkrew Premier League menyaring pemain-pemain baru dan lebih meminimalisir tim, menjadi 8 tim futsal sampai saat ini diantaranya tim, Blackhole, D’ albinos, Fireballs, The Pumpkins, Bluetherhood, Steamroller, Bluepunch 52 dan Cannabis. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan data dengan wawancara ketua dan anggota komunitas Youthkrew Premier League di kota Salatiga melakukan observasi. Hasil dari pengumpulan data, peneliti dapat mengetahui strategi komunikasi komunitas YPL dalam mempertahankan eksistensi di kota Salatiga. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa komunitas YPL mampu mempertahankan eksistensinya dengan melakukan komunikasi internal yaitu dengan melakukan rapat kecil yang meliputi official dan ketua komunitas dan melakukan rapat besar yang meliputi ketua, official dan seluruh anggota ketika akan menjalankan sebuah progam liga, melakukan kegiatan futsal setiap hari Senin di Garasi Futsal Ngawen Salatiga, sedangkan strategi komunikasi eksternal yaitu dilakukan dengan mengikuti kompetisi atau turnamen diluar komunitas, melakukan acara closing ceremony yang bekerja sama dengan beberapa sponsor yang ada di kota Salatiga, dan melakukan progam bursa transfer yaitu perekrutan orang baru dalam komunitas Youthkrew Premier League yang akan masuk didalam bagian tim yang ada di komunitas Youthkrew Premier League.

The result of data collection, researchers were able to know the communications strategy community of YPL in maintaining existence in the Salatiga City. The result of this research showed that community of YPL capable to maintain its existence with communicating internal that is by doing meeting which includes official and head of the community and large meetings which includes the head of, official and all a member when it will run a league successor program, performs activities futsal every Monday at Garasi Futsal Ngawen Salatiga city, and than the delivery of a message the formal and informal not distinguished always carry around familial and relaxed. While the communications strategy external that is done with competing or a tournament outside the community, Do the closing ceremonies in collaboration with some sponsor that is there Salatiga city, and do the transfer window successor program that is the recruitment of new people in a community Youthkrew Premier League who is coming in the team that is in a community Youthkrew Premier League.
