Title: Upgrading Stomata Green Lettuce (Lactuca Sativa) Under the Effect of Audio Farming Frequency (AFF)

Abstract: The development of high frequency of sound wave technology are increase productivity and is safer then chemical fertilizers. The sound wave effect of Audio Farming Frequency (AFF) using the spectrum “garengpung” (cryptotymphana acuta) at 6000 Hz - 9600 Hz , evidently it can stimulate the plant to accelerate in growth and productivity one indicator of plant productivity is shown by the opening of leaf stomata. To see the opening of the stomata, studies were performed by giving AFF exposure to green lettuce (Lactuca Sativa). System were divided into two groups plant separately. The First planting system is AFF’s treatment for 1 hour/day, 08.00 am – 10.00 am for 14 days in varying intensity. The second is the group of plants without AFF’s treatment as a comparative system. On the 14th day stomata was observed with a microscope and captured in digital image format. Digital images were analyzed using imaging processing method. The results showed that stromata leaves of AFF plant had a larger opening area, in the 83 to 89 dB intensity range. The average stomata opening of AFF's treatments systems was 14.868 μm2 and the average stomata opening of the plant without AFF 6,145 μm2. The growth of plant leaf lengths affected by AFF was 2.565 mm/day and average growth of leaf length without AFF was 1,215 mm/day. It can be concluded that crop treatment with AFF optimizes the stomata opening of green lettuce as evidenced by the wider opening of leaf stomata, and has faster growth than non-AFF. The research develop on various types of plants, at the right frequency and the right intensity to increase plant growth and productivity
