Abstract: | Pesawat X ray konvensional adalah salah satu alat yang digunakan dalam radiodiagnostik, sehingga perlu dilakukan Quality Control (QC). Parameter yang diperhatikan untuk penentuan kualitas dalam penelitian ini adalah resolusi spasial, pengaruh faktor ekspos (tegangan dan arus) serta sudut penyinaran sinar x terhadap objek (phantom). Penelitian ini mengggunakan Pesawat X ray Konvensional RTM782HS, phantom sederhana, serta Matlab 2009a. Data diambil dari phantom yang dikenai sinar x dengan variasi faktor ekspos (50, 60, 70 kV dan 50, 100 mA) dan variasi sudut dalam penyinaran sumber sinar x (00, 100, 200, dan 300). Nilai resolusi spasial diperoleh dari pengolahan citra dengan matlab. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan standart deviasi 3,6% (nilai mA dan sudut sama sedangkan nilai kV berbeda), 3,9% (nilai mA dan kV sama sedangkan nilai sudut berbeda), dan 3,5% (nilai sudut dan kV sama sedangkan nilai mA berbeda). Selain itu metode ini dapat mendeteksi resolusi spasial pada jarak benda 0,7005 ± 0,0021 mm. Hasil standar deviasi menunjukkan pesawat sinar x konvensional yang digunakan perlu di kaji lebih lagi. Hasil nilai deviasi phantom melebihi standar deviasi maximum dari IAEA (International Atomic Enegry Agency) sebesar 2,0 %. Convensional X ray is one of the tools used in radiodiagnosic that needs Quality Control. Parameters to be considered to determine the quality of this research are spacial resolution, exposive factor effect (voltage and current) and also the angle of X ray toward the phantom. This research uses convensional X ray RTM782HS, plain phantom, and Matlab 2009a. The datas are taken from the phantom that is shot by X ray with exposive factor variation (50, 60, 70 kv and 50, 100 mA) and the variation of angle of X ray source (00, 100, 200, and 300). The result of spacial resolution is taken from the imagery process of matlab. The result of this research is 3,6% (the amount of mA and the angle is equal while the amount of kV is different), 3,9% (the amount of mA and kv is equal, while the amount of angle is different), and 3,5% (the amount of angle and kv is equal, while the amount of mA is different) in standard deviation. On the other hand, this method can be used to detect spacial resolution of the object in distance of 0,7005 ± 0,0021 mm. The result of standart deviation shows that the convensional X ray used needs any deeper examination. The result of phantom deviasi is above maximum standart deviation of IAEA is 2% ( International Atomic Energy Agency). |
