Title: Evaluasi Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) Di SMK Saraswati Salatiga (Studi Tentang Partisipasi Masyarakat)

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi (a) desain implementasi partisipasi masyarakat di SMK Saraswati Salatiga, (b) Instalasi implementasi partisipasi masyarakat di SMK Saraswati Salatiga, (c) Proses implementasi partisipasi masyarakat di SMK Saraswati Salatiga, dan (d) mengevaluasi produk implementasi partisipasi masyarakat di SMK Saraswati Salatiga. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian evaluatif dengan mixed methods. Model evaluasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Discrepancy Evaluation Model. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan FGD. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis Miles dan Huberman. Validasi data menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian adalah (a) desain implementasi partisipasi msyarakat di SMK Saraswati Salatiga sudah terlaksana tetapi belum sesuai standar. Tidak ada AD/ART dan program kerja sebagai dasar dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan, (b) Instalasi implementasi partisipasi masyarakat di SMK Saraswati belum terlaksana dengan baik. Belum ada alokasi anggaran dan sarana penunjang untuk organisasi organisasi, (c) Proses implementasi partisipasi masyarakat sudah terlaksana tetapi belum semua peran dilaksanakan secara maksimal (d) Produk implementasi partisipasi masyarakat di SMK Saraswati sudah ada namun belum sesuai standar. Produk yang belum ada laporan evaluasi program kerja, hasil pemantauan anggaran, sarpras, dan hasil belajar, notulen rapat, dokumen pengembangan unit produksi, dokumen pemasaran tamatan.
The purpose of this study is to evaluative (a) the implementation design of public participation at SMK Saraswati Salatiga, (b) the implementation installation of public participation at SMK Saraswati Salatiga, (c) the implementation process of public participation at SMK Saraswati Salatiga, and (d) the implementation product of community participation at SMK Saraswati Salatiga. The type of this research is an evaluative research by means of mixed methods. The evaluation model in this study is the discrepancy evaluation models. The technique of collecting data using interviews, questionnaires, and focus group discussions. Data were analyzed by using the analysis model of Miles and Huberman. The validation data used triangulation. The results of the study are (a) the implementation design of public participation at SMK Saraswati Salatigais already done but it is not yet standardized. There are no articles of association and work program as the basic for the activity implementation, (b) the implementation installation of public participation at SMK Saraswati Salatiga has not completed well. There are no budget allocation and supporting facilities for the organization (c) The implementation process of community participation has been applerd to the fullest (d) There is implementation Products of community participation but not suitable with the standard. In available product: monitoring fun, facilities, the result of study, notulen document, productivity development document and output marketing document.
