Abstract: Penelitian pengembangan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh dilaksanakannya Kurikulum 2013 di SD Santo Aloysius, dimana Kurikulum ini menekankan Penilaian Otentik sebagai bentuk penilaiannya. Penilaian Otentik yang mencakup ranah sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pelaksanaannya sangat detil dan rumit oleh karena itu penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengembangkan model penilaian otentik bagi guru. Penelitian ini deilakukan dengan pendekatan Penelitian Pengembangan ( Research & Development) dimana angkah-langkah yang dilakukan adalah mengenali potensi dan masalah, analisi kebutuhan, merumuskan desain, membuat draft produk dan dan melakukan validasi dan revisi oleh pakar. Subjek penelitian adalah guru kelas I dan IV SD Santo Aloysius. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dokumen, wawancara dan Focus Group Disscussion. Hasil pengembangan berupa panduan manual Penilaian Otentik untuk Kepala Sekolah, panduan manual Penilaian Otentik untuk Guru, dan panduan manual penilaian otentik untuk siswa. Dalam panduan tersebut disampaikan Model Prosedural Pengelolaan Penilaian Otentik yang mencakup masalah perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut dari pelaksanaan penilaian otentik.
This development research is motivated by the implementation of Curriculum 2013 at SD Santo Aloysius, where the curriculum emphasizes authentic assessment as a form of judgment. Authentic assessment which includes the realm of attitudes, knowledge and skills in a very detailed and complicated implementation therefore this research is intended to develop a model of authentic assessment for teachers. This research was conducted with the approach of Development Research (Research & Development) where the measures taken is to recognize the potential and problems, needs analysis, formulating the design, drafting and products and perform validation and revision by experts. The subjects were teachers class I and IV SD Santo Aloysius. Data collected through observation of documents, interviews and Focus Group discussion. Results of development in the form of user guides Authentic Assessment to the Principal, user manual Authentic Assessment for Teachers, and authentic assessment to guide the student manual. The guidelines presented in the Procedural Model Management Authentic Assessment that covers issues of planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up of the implementation of authentic assessment.
