Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di SMK Negeri 1 Sayung selain itu juga untuk menentukan rencana strategis yang tepat dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di SMK Negeri 1 Sayung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian R and D (research and development). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan obsevasi, wawancara dan FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Teknik analisis Matrik Perencanaan Strategis Kuantitatif (QSPM) digunakan untuk menentukan pilihan strategi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan strategi yang tepat adalah strategi integrasi vertikal. Strategi ini menghendaki agar sekolah melakukan pengawasan yang lebih terhadap kinerja sekolah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Rencana strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan adalah: (1)Mengoptimalkan implementasi Kurikulum 2013, (2)Melaksanakan diversifikasi kurikulum, (3)Meningkatkan komitmen seluruh warga sekolah, (4)Meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, (5)Mengembangkan kurikulum muatan lokal, (6)Pengembangan bench marking, (7)Mengembangkan kualitas dan kuantitas fasilitas pembelajaran, (8)Meningkatkan kualitas lulusan, (9)Meningkatkan pelaksanaan program Ekstrakurikuler dan program pembinaan kesiswaan, (10)Meningkatkan suasana ketentraman dan ketenangan belajar dalam mewujudkan ketahanan sekolah, (11)Mengefektifkan peran dan fungsi Komite Sekolah, orang tua siswa, dan masyarakat sebagai mitra kerja sekolah, (12)Meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembiayaan pendidikan. The purpose of this study was to determine what factors are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in improving the quality of service in SMK Negeri 1 Sayung also to determine the appropriate strategic plan to improve the quality of service in SMK Negeri 1 Sayung. This study research design R and D (research and development). Data was collected by observation, interview and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). Analysis techniques Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) is used to determine the choice of strategy. The results showed that the right strategy is the strategy of vertical integration. This strategy requires that schools do more monitoring of the performance of schools in improving the quality of service. Strategic plan to improve the quality of service are: (1) Optimizing the implementation of Curriculum 2013, (2) Implement a diversified curriculum, (3) Increase the commitment of all people in schools, (4) Improve the quality of learning, (5) Develop local curriculum (6) development of bench marking, (7) Develop the quality and quantity of learning facilities, (8) Improving the quality of graduates, (9) Improving the implementation of extracurricular programs and student development programs, (10) Improve the atmosphere of peace and tranquility in realizing robustness school learning, (11) Making the role and functions of the School Committee, parents, and the community as a partner of the school, (12) Increasing community participation in education funding. |
