Evaluasi Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi Untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru SMA Negeri 1 Guntur (Dengan Model Evaluasi CIPP)

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul Evaluasi Pemanfaatan Tekhnologi Informasi dan Komunikasi ( TIK ) dalam Peningkatan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru SMA Negeri 1 Guntur merumuskan permasalahan mengenai Kontek, Input, Proses dan Produk Pemanfaatan Tekhnologi Informasi dan Komunikasi ( TIK ) dalam Peningkatan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru SMA Negeri 1 Guntur . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Kontek, Input, Proses dan Produk Pemanfaatan Tekhnologi Informasi dan Komunikasi ( TIK ) dalam Peningkatan Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru SMA Negeri 1 Guntur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah SMA Negeri 1 Guntur Kabupaten Demak. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan kontek pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru SMA Negeri 1 Guntur meliputi pemanfaatan TIK untuk kepentingan pembelajaran dari faktor sarana baik, dari faktor Sumber Daya Manusia tidak baik. Pada pemanfaatan TIK untuk pengembangan dari tidak baik. Pada penelitian ini bahasan input meliputi faktor Pedagogik guru untuk memanfaatkan TIK dalam pembelajaran baik. Ketersediaan sarana prasarana untuk TIK tidak baik. Pada faktor ketersediaan biaya untuk pemanfaatan TIK baik. Pada faktor kondisi sekolah untuk pemanfaatan TIK baik. Pada penelitian ini bahasan proses meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi pembelajaran. Kesimpulan dari masing- masing tersebut adalah : Faktor perencanaan baik, faktor pelaksanaan tidak baik, faktor evaluasi tidak baik. Pada penelitian bahasan produk meliputi pengaruh pemanfaatan TIK terhadap siswa dapat disimpulkan tidak baik, sedangkan pada guru tidak melakukan pemanfaatan TIK dengan baik .

This study is to describe and analyze the context, process, and product of the utilization of information and communication technology in improving teachers' pedagogical competence in SMA 1 Guntur. This study uses descriptive qualitative approach. The site of this study is SMA 1 Guntur Demak. Method of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study proves that the context of the utilization of information and communication technology in improving teachers' pedagogical competence in SMA 1 Guntur that includes the utilization of information and communication technology for the sake of teaching and learning and from the factor of facilities is good, from the factor of human resources is not good. In the utilization of information and communication technology for self-development is not good. In this research, the input discussion that includes the factor of pedagogical teachers to utilize the information and communication technology in teaching and learning is good. The availability of infrastructure for information and communication technology is not good. In the factor of availability of cost for the utilazion of information and communication technology is good. In the factor of school condition for the utilazion of information and communication technology is good. In this research, the discussion of process includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of teaching and learning. The conclussion is: the factor of planning is good, the factor of implementation is not good, the factor of evaluation is not good. In this research, the discussion of product including the effect of the utilization of information and communication technology for the students can be concluded not good, while for the teachers, they do not utilize the information and communication technology properly.
