Abstract: | Perilaku maladaptif pada siswa kelas XI SMA N 1 Singorojo merupakan salah satu indikator rendahnya motivasi, sehingga perlu mendapatkan penanganan secara serius. Layanan konseling kelompok merupakan bentuk layanan untuk mengatasi permasalahan melalui dinamika kelompok. Pendekatan behavioral digunakan untuk mengubah perilaku maladaptif menjadi perilaku baru. Penelitian ini menganalisis peningkatan motivasi belajar melalui layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan behavioral. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan subjek 8 siswa yang memiliki motivasi rendah. Rata-rata awal motivasi belajar dari 8 siswa sebesar 59,77% dan setelah dilakukan layanan konseling kelompok behavioral selama 5 kali meningkat menjadi 79,32% atau meningkat 19,55%. Hasil uji t diperoleh koefisien sign = 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti bahwa ada peningkatan motivasi belajar yang signifikan dan dilihat dari gain ternormalisasi menunjukkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok behavioristik dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar tergolong tinggi. Maladaptive behavior in class XI SMA N 1 Singorojo is one indicator of low motivation, so it needs to be addressed seriously. The service is a form of group counseling services to address the problem through group dynamics. Behavioral approach is used to change maladaptive behaviors into new behaviors. This study intends to analyze the increase learning motivation by group counseling services with behavioral approaches. Research was conducted to the 8 students who have low motivation. Initial average of 8 students' learning motivation was 59.77% and after the behavioral group counseling services for 5 times, it increased into 79.32%, an increase of 19.55%. T test results obtained coefficient of the sign = 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a significant increase in learning motivation and views of the normalized gain showed that behaviouristic group counseling services can improve learning motivation was high. |
