Abstract: | Penelitian pengembangan ini dimaksudkan untuk
mengembangkan model diklat bagi guru Sosiologi tentang
pembelajaran discovery-inquiry berbantuan CD Interaktif.
Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan adalah mengenali potensi
dan masalah, merumuskan desain, menyusun perangkat
dan dan dilakukan validasi dan revisi oleh pakar. Hasil
pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan yang
dilakukan sebelum diklat yaitu menentukan kebutuhan
pelatihan dengan menganalisa kebutuhan organisasi, dan
menetapkan tujuan pelatihan, menyusun program pelatihan;
menyusun alat penilaian awal dan akhir menyusun kriteria
keberhasilan pelatihan. Pelaksanaan pengembangan model
diklat guru SMA tentang pembelajaran Sosiologi discovery
inquiry berbantuan CD interaktif di titik beratkan pada
pelatihan menyusun RPP dan membuat CD pembelajaran
interaktif. Monitoring dan evaluasi untuk penilaian kualitas
perlu dilakukan dengan mengisi kuesioner oleh peserta
pelatihan sehingga dapat diketahui respon terhadap
penyelenggaraan dan narasumber. Sedangkan evaluasi
terhadap peserta pelatihan dapat dilakukan melalui tes dan
penugasan pembuatan RPP serta pembuatan CD
pembelajaran interaktif. This development research is intended to develop a training model for Sociology teacher of inquiry discovery learning assisted Interactive CD. The steps taken are to recognize the potential and problems, formulating design, construct devices and conducted validation and revision by experts. The results indicate that the planning done before the training is to determine the training needs by analyzing the needs of the organization, and set the goal of training, set up training programs; prepare the initial and final assessment tool, set the criteria for successful training. The implementation of development of a high school teacher training models of learning Sociology discovery inquiry assisted interactive CD emphasized on the training of preparing lesson plans and creating interactive learning CD. Monitoring and evaluation for quality assessment needs to be done to fill in the questionnaire by the trainees in order to know the response to the organization and speakers. While the evaluation of the trainee can be done through tests and assignments of making lesson plans and interactive learning CD. |
