Pengujian Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) di Unit Pelayanan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Salatiga dengan Teknik Audit Kepatuhan

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure the effectiveness of SOP implementation in service unit of Salatiga County Hospital. Effectiveness of SOP implementation test was done by using Compliance Audit. The analysis steps are : pre review; determine the purpose, attribute, and deviation; determine population; determine the sample selection method; set the number of sample; observing and documenting the attribute; and evaluation. In the pre review step obtains three SOPs that have the highest frequency of daily activities : Patient Identification in Emergency Room SOP; Patient Acceptance in Emergency Room SOP; New and Old Patient Registration in Ambulatory Unit. SOP evaluation was done in three levels, that are : attribute level, service activity SOP level, and type of SOP level. Evaluation of Attribute level was done by comparing Maximum Population Deviation Rate with Tolerable Rate of Deviation and using the judgement from researcher. Evaluation Service activity SOP and type of SOP level was done by using class interval. The evaluation results of Patient Identification in ER SOP, Patient Acceptance in ER SOP, and New Patient Registration in Ambulatory Unit SOP is “Effective Enough”, and Old Patient Registration in Ambulatory Unit is “Effective”. The result for evaluation type of SOP level is “Effective Enough” for both Administrative and Technical.
