Abstract: | Pengelolaan supervisi akademik Kepala Sekolah adalah kegiatan pengelolaan dalam pengawasan akademik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah terhadap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut dalam rangka pembina tugas guru agar lebih profesional dalam bidangnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan supervisi akademik oleh Kepala Sekolah di SDN Pongangan Kecamatan Gunungpati Kota Semarang yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tidak lanjut agar guru meningkat dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Pendekatan penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa (1) perencanaan supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah di SDN Pongangan dinilai sangat baik. (2) pelaksanaan supervisi akademik di SDN Pongangan sangat sesuai program, jadwal, intrumen yang digunakan sesuai rancangan, aspek-aspek yang disupervisi dinilai telah mengarah pada sasaran supervisi akademik yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan guru dan sekolah, pendekatan dengan program, teknik supervisi akademik yang digunakan cukup bervariasi, kendala pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh kepala sekolah adalah terbatasnya waktu; (3) Upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam tindak lanjut supervisi akademik dinilai sudah sangat baik dan terprogram. Kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu : a) Setiap awal semester diadakan pembimbingan secara kelompok/bersama terhadap guru-guru rapat sekolah/KKG sekolah; b) melakukan balikan kepada guru agar dapat merefleksi diri; c) melaksanakan bimbingan tentang penyusunan/pembuatan administrasi/perangkat pembelajaran; d) menekankan kepada guru supaya selalu memperhatikan disiplin kerja dalam melaksanakan tugas mengajarnya sebagai guru; e) memberikan bimbingan kepada guru tentang cara-cara mengajar yang menarik dan menyenangkan; f) melakukan pembinaan dan bimbingan kepada guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran, teknik/metode mengajar; g) memberikan format-format perangkat pembelajaran yang baru kepada guru, dan dibimbing cara mengisinya; g) Kepada pengawas sekolah memberikan laporan tertulis secara lengkap setiap akhir tahun. The management of school academic supervision is the academic supervision activity that is conducted by the supervisor of a school on teachers in doing their task , so that they can be more professional in their field. This research aims to find out how the management of academic supervision by the principal at SDN Pongangan Subdistrict Gunungpati, Semarang City which includes the planning, implementation, and not continue to implement increases in teacher learning. Approach this research was conducted with qualitative descriptive method. The data are collected with interviews, observation, and documentation. Research results revealed that (1) the planning of academic supervision by the principal at SDN Pongangan rated very good. (2) the implementation of academic supervision in SDN Pongangan a great fit the program, the schedule, the instruments that are used according to the design, aspects that disupervisi votes had been lead on target academic supervision adapted to the needs of teachers and schools, the approach is with the program, academic supervision techniques used varied enough, the academic supervision of implementation constraints by the head of the school is the limited time; (3) the principal efforts made in the follow-up assessed academic supervision has been very good and hard-wired. Activities performed are: a) the beginning of each semester are held in groups/joint supervision of teachers meeting school/KKG school; b) performs the inverse to the teacher in order to reflect ourselves; c) implementing guidance on drafting/administration/creation of learning; d) stress to teachers that always pays attention to the discipline of work in carrying out the task of teaching as a teacher; e) provide guidance to teachers on how to teach an interesting and fun; f) conducts coaching and guidance to teachers in the use of learning media, techniques/methods of teaching; g) provide a learning device formats that are new to the teacher, and taught how to fill them; g) To School Superintendent gives a complete written report every skhir years. |
