Abstract: | Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka untuk dapat mengetahui(1) Peningkatan kinerja guru penjasorkes melalui pendidikan dan atihan model induktif perangkat kurikulum di UPTD. Pendidikan Kecamatan Ngaliyan dan Kecamatan Tugu Kota Semarang.(2) Efektifitas perangkat kurikulum (silabus dan Perangkat Penilaian) untuk peningkatan kinerja Guru Pendidikan jasmani Kesehatan dan Olahraga dalam rangka persiapan Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis diskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penga-ruh Pendidikan dan latihan perangkat kurikulum ter-hadap peningkatan kinerja guru Penjasorkesdi UPTD. Pendidikan Kecamatan Ngaliyan dan Tugu Kota Semarang yang ditunjukan oleh besarnya nilai P =0.00<0,05 maka semakin tinggi kualitas diklat maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja Guru penjasorkes dalam memper-siapkan Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar. Berdasarkan hasil Fokus Group Discusion di peroleh hasil yang berupa modul perangkat kurikulum, modul ini sangat berguna dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Belajar mengajar Guru Penjasorkes. rams,SatyaWacanaChristian UniversitySalatiga This research was conducted in order to determine (1) penjasorkes teacher performance improvement through education and training in the curriculum model of inductive devices UPTD. Tugu and Ngaliyan sub-district education of Semarang. (2) the effectiveness of the curriculum (syllabus and assessment tools) to increase the performance of physical education teachers in preparation for Teaching and Learning Activities, whereas data collection techniques using quisioner.Data analysis,using descriptive analysis and correlation. The results showed that there are significant education and training tools to increase the performance of teachers' curriculum Penjasorkes in UPTD. Tugu and Ngalian sub-district education of Semarang are indicated by the value of sig = (p <0. 05), the higher the quality of education and training showed the higher the performance of penjasorkes teacher in preparing Teaching and Learning Activities. Based on the Focus Group Discussion on the obtained results of the curriculum module is very useful in the implementation of teaching and learning activities penjasorkes teacher. |
