Abstract: | Peningkatan Profesionalitas Guru Melalui Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah di SD Negeri Sumurrejo 01 Kecamatan Gunungpati Kota Semarang.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah di SD Negeri Sumurrejo 01 Kecamatan Gunungpati Kota Semarang dan peningkatan profesionalitas guru setelah diimplementasikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah di SD Negeri Sumurrejo 01 Kecamatan Gunungpati Kota Semarang. Pendekatan penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan transformasional diterapkan di SD Negeri Sumurrejo 01 Kecamatan Gunungpati Kota Semarang, terbukti semua demensi kepemimpinan transformasional terpenuhi.Perubahan yangterbukti adalahpeningkatan motivasi kerja, dedikasi, dan kompetensi guru, (2) Profesionalitas guru terbukti meningkat guru termotivasi, mempunyai komitmen kerja tinggi dengan dipatuhinya tata tertib dan peraturan kerja, peningkatan kompetensi dalam melaksanakan tugas mengajar. This research aims to know the implementation of transformational leadership style in elementary school principal Land Sumurrejo 01 in order to increase professionalism of teachers and improving the professionalism of teachers after the transformational leadership style in the impelementation principal at SD Negeri Sumurrejo 01 Gunungpati, Semarang City. this research Approach is done by qualitative descriptive method. The data are collected with interviews, observation, and documentation.Results of the study revealed that: (1) Transformational Leadership applied in SD Negeri Sumurrejo 01 Gunungpati Semarang City, proven transformational leadership all dimensions are met properly. Major changes that proved there was an increase in work, dedication, motivation and competence of teachers, (2) the principal Efforts in implementing transformational leadership quite successfully, it is evident that there is one teacher that is unprofessional and lack of discipline with the kepemimpinnan approach applied to eventually change although it works yet professional as appropriate, (3) the professional teachers of proven increase proven teachers motivated, committed workforce with high dipatuhinya of conduct and work rules, increased competency in carrying out the task of teaching. |
