Abstract: | Penelitihan ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengevaluasi context Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah dalam Peningkatan Prestasi Belajar Siswa di SMP NU 10 Ringinarum (2) Mengevaluasi input Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) dalam Peningkatan Prestasi Belajar Siswa di SMP NU 10 Ringinarum (3) Mengevaluasi process Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) dalam Peningkatan Prestasi Belajar Siswa di SMP NU 10 Ringinarum dan (4) Mengevaluasi product Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) dalam Peningkatan Prestasi Belajar Siswa di SMP NU 10 Ringinarum. Data penelitihan dikumpulkan dengan penyebaran angket, wawancara dan observasi kepada Komite sekolah, guru, tenaga pendidik, siswa dan masyarakat SMP NU 10 Ringinarum Kecamatan Ringinarum Kabupaten Kendal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, untuk itu dalam mengukur kualitas dari program yang sudah berjalan dilakukan proses evaluasi dengan context, input, process and product (CIPP). Penelitihan menunjukkan bahwa Implimentasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah (MBS) di SMP NU 10 Ringinarum, dalam kegiatan pembelajaran mampu memberikan peran yang baik dalam perkembangan prestasi belajar siswa dengan cara pendekatan pembelajara model PAKEM, maka manajemen Berbasis Sekolah secara tidak langsung memiliki hubungan atau peran dalam peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa di SMP NU 10 Ringinarun. The research purposes are as follows (1) To evaluate the context of the management based on the school to increase the students achievement in learning in SMP NU 10 Ringinarum (2) To evaluate the input of the management based on the school to increase the students achievement in learning in SMP NU 10 Ringinarum (3) To evaluate the process of the management based on the school to increase the students achievement in learning in SMP NU 10 Ringinarum (4) To evaluate the product of the management based on the school to increase the students achievement in learning in SMP NU 10 Ringinarum. The research methods in this study is the quality method. To measure the quality of all programs carried out, it is done the evaluation process to the context, the input, the process and the product (CIPP). The study result shows that the implementation of the management based on the school in SMP NU 10 Ringinarum, in the teaching-learning activities will take an important role to increase the students achievement, by using PAKEM model approach, in this case, there is an indirectly relationship or an important role in increasing the students achievement in SMP NU 10 Ringinarum. |
