Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya perencanaan, hambatan dan kendala serta implementasi supervisi akademik berbasis kolegial dalam peningkatan kinerja guru di SD Negeri Plalangan 01. Pendekatan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan FGD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan supervisi akademik kolegial dalam peningkatan kinerja guru di SD Negeri Plalangan 01 diawali dengan adanya kesepakatan waktu pelaksanaan supervisi antara supervisor dengan guru yang akan disupervisi yang dituangkan dalam jadual supervisi. Supervisor mempersiapkan perangkat supervisi, sedangkan guru yang akan disupervisi mempersiapkan perangkat pembelajarannya. Hambatan dan kendala dikarenakan waktu dan jumlah guru yang kurang, implementasinya meliputi tiga (3) tahapan, yaitu pertemuan awal, observasi dan pertemuan akhir yang berupa diskusi umpan balik antara supervisor dengan guru kelas secara kolegial sehingga terjadinya hubungan kemitraan antara guru dengan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di kelas.
This study aims to determine the planning, obstacles and constraints as well as the implementation of collegial academic supervision based on improved performance in primary school teacher Plalangan 01. The approach of this research was conducted using qualitative descriptive. Data were collected primarily to interviews, observation, documentation and FGD. The results showed that planning collegial academic supervision in the performance improvement of teachers in primary schools Plalangan 01 begins with the agreement between supervisors supervise the execution time with the teachers who will be supervised as outlined in the schedule of supervision. Supervisors prepare supervision device, which will be supervised while teachers prepare learning device. Barriers and constraints due to the time and the number of teachers who are less, Implementation includes three stages, namely an initial meeting, observation and final meeting in the form of a discussion between the supervisor feedback collegially with classroom teachers so that the partnership between teachers and principals to improve the learning process in class.
