Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan tidaklanjut dari hasil supervisi klinis berbasis kelas di SD Negeri Kalirejo 01 Kecamatan Ungaran Timur Kabupaten Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah guru, dan kepala sekolah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perencanaan supervisi klinis berbasis kelas antara lain adalah sebelumnya harus ada kesepakatan antara supervisor dan guru yang akan disupervisi tentang aspek perilaku yang akan diperbaiki, harus ada diskusi sebelumnya yang bersifat demokratis, sasaran supervisi harus terpusat pada kebutuhan dan aspirasi guru, (2) Pelaksanaan supervisi klinis berbasis kelas adalah kepala sekolah mengamati proses PBM, mencatat kekurangan dan kelebihan sesuai dengan format yang telah dibuat, kepala sekolah bersifat ramah, mengamati dan tidak mengganggu jalannya PBM di dalam kelas. 3) Tindak lanjut dari hasil supervisi klinis berbasis kelas antara lain adalah memberi motivasi kepada guru untuk mendorong guru agar dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran yang lebih baik, memberikan penghargaan terhadap guru yang mengalami perubahan positif setelah pelaksanaan supervisi klinis, memberikan pengarahan yang diadakan setiap hari Sabtu, mengikutkan guru pada kegiatan KKG, pengiriman guru untuk mengikuti seminar/workshop. This thesis use qualitative method research. The subject of the research is teacher and principal. Data analysis is done with data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion. Data validity test used triangulation resource. Result of the research shows that (1) the planning of classical supervision based classroom among others before the supervision is conducted there is a deal between supervision and teacher who are supervised about the behavior aspect that will be fixed, there is a previous discussion between supervisor and teacher is democratic, the goal of the supervision should focused on the needs and teachers’ aspiration. (2) Implementation of clinical supervision based classroom is the principal observe the teaching learning activity, noted disadvantages and advantages in accordance with the format that has been made, principal are friendly, observe and not disturb the teaching learning activity in the classroom. (3) The follow up of the result of clinical supervision based classroom among others are giving motivation to the teacher to encourage in order to perform better learning, giving award to the teacher who has a positive change after the implementation of clinical supervision, giving guidance which is held every once a week on Saturdays, include teachers in Working Group of Teacher (KKG), sending teachers to attend seminars/workshops. |
