Abstract: | Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan peran komite sekolah melalui pelatihan partisipatif di SD Negeri 1 Wonokerso Kecamatan Tembarak Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan sekolah dengan menggunakan satu siklus yang terdiri perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah komite sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan pelatihan partisipatif dapat meningkatkan peran komite sekolah. Hasil pretest sebelum dilakukan pelatihan partisipatif rata-rata nilai mencapai 42,63 atau dengan kriteria rendah. Pada pertemuan ketiga nilai rata-rata mencapai 74,55 dan sudah 90,90 % dari peserta mencapai ketuntasan di atas 70, hanya terdapat 8,1 % belum mencapai nilai 70. Dari hasil pertemuan ketiga dapat disimpulkan bahwa setelah dilakukan pelatihan partisipatif peran komite sekolah mengalami peningkatan. Pasca pelatihan partisipatif hasil analisis terhadap peran komite sekolah sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan mengalami peningkatan. Peran komite sekolah sebagai badan pertimbangan sekor rerata mengalami peningkatan dari 2,39 (rendah) menjadi 3,36 (tinggi). Pada peran komite sekolah sebagai badan pendukung sekor rerata mengalami kenaikan dari 2,36 (rendah) naik menjadi 3,06 (cukup). Peran komite sekolah sebagai badan pengontrol skor rerata mengalami peningkatan dari 2,45 (rendah) menjadi 3,03 (cukup). Peran komite sekolah sebagai badan penghubung skor rerata mengalami kenaikan dari 3,03 (cukup) naik menjadi 3,26 (tinggi). The aim of this observation to grade up the role of the school committee by participative training in the First State Elementary School of Wonokerso, Tembarak Subdistrict, Temanggung Regency. This observation uses the observation school action by one cyclus that consists of planning, doing, observation and reflection. Observation subject is the school committee. The observation result showed that by participative training can grade up the role of the school committee. Pretest result before participative training has reached 42,63 for average score or by low criteria. In third meeting, average score has reached 74,55 and 90.90 % of participator has reached the score above 70, just 8,1 % that has not reached 70. From the third meeting can conclude that after doing participative training, the role of school committee can grow up well. After participative training the analysis result to the role of school committee after and before training will be graded up more. The role of school committee as the committee of balancing average score has been growing up from 2,39 (low) to be 3,36 (high). At the role of school committee as the committee to support average score from 2,36 (low) grow up to be 3,06 (enough). The role of the school committee as the committee to controlling the average score is growing up from 2,45 (low) to be 3.03 (enough). The role of school committee as the agent to connect average score is growing up from 3,03 (enough) grow up to be 3,26 (high). |
