Abstract: Tujuan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi konteks, input, proses, dan produk manajemen berbasis sekolah dalam pembelajaran PAKEM di Sekolah Dasar Kalirejo 02 Kecamatan Ungaran Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian PAKEM ini dengan beberapa metote yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis interactive model dari Miles dan Huberman, dengan langkah-langkah: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) segi konteks, pembelajaran PAKEM di SDN Kalirejo 02 diterapkan karena kebutuhan pihak sekolah yang bertujuan agar pembelajaran kondusif dan mutu meningkat. Kondisi pembelajaran sebelum tahun 2011 stagnan dan pasif, kualitas hasil belajar siswa minim. (2) segi input, penerapan pembelajaran PAKEM berdasarkan keputusan kepala sekolah tahun 2011 tentang penyediaan guru, siswa, sarana prasarana dan biaya bisa memadahi. Karakteristik guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran PAKEM berupa respons guru positif, orientasi pada tujuan dan keberhasilan pembelajaran PAKEM. Kepala sekolah, orang tua siswa dan Komite Sekolah memberikan dukungan. (3) segi proses, guru telah mempersiapkan perencanaan pembelajaran berupa perangkat pembelajaran. Sarana prasarana, alat peraga, buku penunjang pembelajaran telah tersedia. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran bernuansa aktif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan. Faktor pendukung berupa fasilitas yang tersedia, respon positif dari guru, komite dan orang tua berupa kelengkapan materi dan fasilitas sarana prasarana. Kendala berupa terbatasnya daya kreatifitas guru, kesulitan guru menciptakan suasana menyenangkan, waktu pembelajaran kurang efektif, membutuhkan anggaran biaya lebih banyak. (4) segi produk, hasil pembelajaran PAKEM cukup baik, hasil belajar mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal. Keberhasilan pembelajaran diukur dengan melihat hasil belajar semester dan hasil Ujian Akhir Sekolah. Aspek keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran pembelajaran aktif dan kreatif dilihat dari 3 aspek, yaitu aspek kognitif, aspek psikomotorik dan aspek afektif.
The techniques of data collection in the PAKEM research are interview, observation, and dokumentation. The data was analized by interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman, with steps, data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion or veryfying. The purpose of the study to evaluate the context, input, process, and product management in the school-based PAKEM in Elementary School District of Kalirejo 02 East Ungaran. Results showed (1) in terms of context, PAKEM in Elementary School Kalirejo 02 applied for the needs of the school that aims to make learning conducive and increased quality. Learning conditions before the year 2011 stagnant and passive, the quality of student learning outcomes minimal. (2) In terms of inputs, the application of PAKEM based on the principal's decision in 2011 concerning the supply of teachers, students, infrastructure and the cost can be affordable. Characteristics of teachers in active learning and creative management in the form of positive teacher responsibility, goal oriented and active learning and creative success. Principals, parents and committee support. (3) In terms of products, the teacher has to prepare lesson plans such as learning devices. Infrastructure, property, book learning support has been available. Implementation of nuanced active learning, creative, effective and fun. Supporting factors such as facilities available, a positive response from teachers, parents form committees and completeness of the materials and facilities infrastructure. Constraints such as lack of creativity of teachers, the difficulty teachers create an atmosphere of fun, learning time is less effective, requiring more cost budget. (4) In terms of products, the result of active and creative learning quite well, learning outcomes attain a minimum completeness criteria. Learning success is measured by looking at the semester learning outcomes and results School Final Examination. Aspects of success in active learning and creative learning viewed from three aspects, namely cognitive, psychomotor and affective aspects aspects.
