Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan supervisi melalui Kunjugan Kelas untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Negeri 1 Banyuurip Kecamatan Temanggung Kabupaten Temanggung. Tehnik mengumpulkan data mengguna kan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tehnik analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan oleh Kepala Sekolah ketika kegiatan Supervisi Akademik Melalui Kunjungan Kelas adalah: 1) Meneliti RPP, 2) Mengamati Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar, 3) Kesesuaian Penggunaan media dengan materi dan karakteristik siswa, 4) Antusias anak dalam mengikuti pelajaran, 5) Penguasaan kelas, 6) kesesuaian penilaian dengan materi yang diajarkan. Tindak lanjut dari hasil supervisi kunjungan kelas yaitu selalu berupaya membimbing guru, melakukan pembinaan kepada guru untuk perbaikan pengajaran agar nantinya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan kinerja guru meningkat. The purpose of this study was to describe the supervision through class visit to improve the performance of teachers in primary schools 1 Banyuurip temanggung county distric Temangung The techniques for collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. Technical analysis of data transactions are carried out with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Activities that carried out by the principal when the academic supervision activities through classroom, visits are: 1) Examining the RPP, 2) oberving Teaching and Learning Activities, 3) Compliance with the media use of the material and the characteristics of students, 4) enthusiastic children to follow lessons, 5) clases matery, 6) conformity assessment with the material being taught. Follow uthe up of the results of supervision visits are always working class guiding teacher, to provide guidance to for the improvement of teaching that later can improve student learning outcomes and improve the permance of teackrrs |
