Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi konteks, input, proses, dan produk program manajemen berbasis sekolah pilar manajemen sekolah di SD Negeri Pengilon Kecamatan Bulu Kabupaten Temanggung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan model CIPP. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumen, dan observasi. Validitas data dengan trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pada aspek konteks, program manajemen berbasis sekolah dibutuhkan di SD Negeri Pengilon dengan tujuan untuk menciptakan suasana sekolah yang kondusif dan harmonis serta untuk memperbaiki kualitas mutu sekolah di bidang akademik dan non akademik. (2)Pada aspek input, input program manajemen berbasis sekolah di SD Negeri Pengilon mencakup kurikulum dan pembelajaran, peserta didik, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, pembiayaan, sarana dan prasarana, hubungan sekolah dan masyarakat, budaya dan lingkungan sekolah. (3)Pada aspek proses, pelaksanaan program manajemen berbasis sekolah di SD Negeri Pengilon telah terlaksana dengan terpenuhinya semua program dan didukung semua pihak yang berkepentingan terhadap majunya sekolah. (4)Pada aspek produk, pelaksanaan program manajemen berbasis sekolah di SD Negeri Pengilon telah berhasil dengan meningkatnya prestasi akademik dan non akademik serta terciptanya suasana kerja yang kondusif, harmonis. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the context, input, process, and product of school-based management program in Pengilon primary school, Bulu, Temanggung. This type of research is evaluative, with qualitative approach, using the model CIPP. The data collection techniques used are interview, documentation study, and observation. Triangulation technique is applied to support data validity The results showed that (1) In the aspect of context, the implementation of school-based management program aims to create a conducive schools conditions and improve school quality. (2) In the aspect of input, there are curriculum and learning program, student, educators and education personnel, finance, facilities and infrastructure, school and community relations, culture and environment of the school that supports. (3) In the aspect of the process, the implementation of school-based management program has been accomplished with the fulfillment of all the programs and supported by all stakeholders towards the advancement of the school. (4) In the aspect of the product, the achievement of aspects of school quality improvement in academic and non-academic as well as a conducive school conditions. |
