Analisis Pendapatan Daerah dari Sumbangan Pihak Ketiga pada Kabupaten Jayawijaya

Abstract

Third-party donation in the local financing regulation are intended as voluntary participation, sincerely, from community groups or individuals for regional development. It is categorized as an original local government income (PAD). This study aims to analyze the third-party donations - service charges and airline freight services - as an income source of Kabupaten Jayawijaya. The analysis focused on the regulation, contribution and public perception of it. Regulatory analysis is done by comparing the local regulation of the third party contribution to the relevant regulations. The contribution analysis is done by calculating contribution ratio of the third Party Donation to the Local Government Income (PAD) and related post in the budget report, and the public perceptions that are processed by descriptive statistics. The results showed that the local regulations regarding third-party donations have several mismatches with some related legislation. However, the contribution was sufficient for PAD of Jayawijaya District and supported by public.
