Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Supervisi Klinis untuk meningkatkan kinerja Guru di SD Negeri Magersari 1 Kota Magelang ditinjau dari segi konteks, input, proses, dan produk. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian evaluatif kualitatif dengan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) yang dikembangkan oleh stuufflebeam. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Uji validitas data menggunakan teknik trianggulasi data.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) pada aspek konteks, supervisi klinis dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru (pengelolaan pembelajaran); 2) pada aspek input, sumber daya manusia, kurikulum, dan sarana prasarana sudah memadai untuk pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan supervisi klinis; 3) pada aspek proses, supervisi klinis belum sesuai dengan yang direncanakan; 4) pada aspek produk, implementasi supervisi klinis di SD Negeri Magersari 1, produk yang dihasilkan belum sesuai dengan yang di harapkan. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Clinical Supervision to improve the performance of teachers in primary schools Magersari 1 Magelang city in terms of context, input, process, and product. This study includes qualitative evaluative research with the model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) developed by stuufflebeam. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation study. Test the validity of the data using data triangulation technique. The results showed that: 1) the aspect of context, clinical supervision is needed to improve the performance of teachers (learning management); 2) the input aspects, human resources, curriculum, and the infrastructure is adequate for the implementation of learning and clinical supervision; 3) on aspects of the process, clinical supervision has not been as planned; 4) on aspects of the product, the implementation of clinical supervision in SD Negeri Magersari 1, the resulting product is not in accordance with what is expected. |
