Abstract:	Betahwalang Village Bonang District is one centre of the fishery commodity processing units in Demak Regency, namely crab. This study aims to: 1). Knowing the added value of the crab processing business, 2). Knowing the cost, revenue, income and profits of the crab processing business. Analysis of the data used is value added analysis that follows the Hayami method, costs, revenues and profits analysis. The results of the study showed that added value of crab processing was Rp.3,473.33/kg with a value added ratio of 3.51%. Average revenue is Rp. 13,174,615, - per production period, with an average total cost of Rp. 12,947,673, - Crab processors obtain an average income of Rp. 292,673, -, as well as an average profit of Rp.226,942
