Abstract: | Public relations menggunakan kekuatan komunikasi untuk mendukung keberhasilan dalam bagian kegiatan promosi perusahaan. Karena promosi dilakukan perusahaan untuk mempengaruhi target pasar pada tempat dan saat yang tepat. Maka seorang Public relations harus memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat agar pesan serta publikasi yang disampaikan dapat dipercaya dan dapat meyakinkan publik. Peran Public relations dalam membina hubungan baik kepada berbagai pihak akan mempengaruhi citra perusahaan di mata publik. Keberadaan strategi pemasaran sangat berkontribusi dalam memaksimalkan nilai kinerja pemasaran yang berujung memuaskan para pemegang saham. Dengan kata lain penerapan strategi pemasaran yang tepat pada konsumen akan meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran yang berimplikasi pada meningkatkan keuntungan Hotel Grand Wahid Salatiga. Public Relations utilizes the power of communication to support the success of the company's promotional activities. The promotion done by a company aims to influence the target market in the right place and at the right time.Therefore, a Public Relations must have strong communication skills so that messages and publications delivered are credible and can convince the public.The role of Public Relations in fostering good relations to different parties will affect the image of the company in the public eye.The existence of a marketing strategy greatly contributes to maximize the value of marketing performance that leads to the satisfaction of shareholders.In other words, applying the right marketing strategy to the consumers will improve the marketing performance, which has an implication in increasing the profit of Grand Wahid Hotel Salatiga. |
