Analisis Minimalisasi Biaya Produksi dengan Metode Simpleks: Studi Kasus PT Nuansa Porselen Indonesia

Abstract

Biaya produksi merupakan salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan agar perusahaan mendapat keuntungan yang tinggi. Biaya produksi yang tinggi dipengaruhi oleh komposisi bahan pembuat produk dan harga bahan baku. Pada PT Nuansa Porselen Indonesia terdapat 3 jenis produk dan komposisi bahan pembuat produk yang berbeda-beda. Perbedaan ini yang mengakibatkan biaya produksi menjadi tinggi. Pada permasalahan ini perlu adanya minimalisasi biaya produksi. Minimalisasi merupakan sebuah cara untuk dapat menentukan berapa biaya minimal yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan agar tidak mengalami kerugian. Solusi dari permasalahan ini dapat digunakan minimalisasi biaya produksi dengan metode simplek. Pada penelitian ini terdapat tiga produk yaitu tile 3d, tableware, dan patung penari bali. Penelitian ini menghasilkan biaya produksi yang minimum apabila PT Nuansa Porselen Indonesia memproduksi produk tableware sebanyak 234 buah.

Production cost is the one of the things that need to be considered for the company to get a high profit. High cost for the productions are influenced by the composition of the product and the price of the materials. In PT Nuansa Porselen Indonesia there are 3 types of products and the composition of different products. This difference leads to high production costs. In this case the need for minimization of production cost. Minimization is a way to be able to determine how the minimum cost to be incurred by the company so as not to lose. The solution of this problem can be used minimization of production cost with simplex method. In this research there are three product that is tile 3d, tableware, and bali dancers statue. This research produces a minimum production cost if PT Nuansa Porselen Indonesia produces 234 tableware products.
