Abstract: | Penelitian ini didasari oleh permasalahan para guru di SD N Purwoyoso 04 Kota Semarang tentang kompetensi guru dalam menyusun proposal PTK. Dampak dari permasalahan ini adalah terhambatnya jejang karir kepangkatan guru selama 5 tahun. Permasalahan tersebut akan dipecahkan menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah metode coaching model GROW ME dalam menyusun proposal PTK serta bagaimana metode coaching GROW ME dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun proposal PTK. Subyek penelitian ini melibatkan 10 guru di SDN Purwoyoso 04 Kota Semarang. Model Penelitian yang digunakan sebagai metode pemecahan masalah adalah Model Coaching Tipe GROW ME yang terdiri dari Goal, Reality, Options, Will/Whats Next, Monitoring and Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan lembar observasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) langkah-langkah Coaching tipe GROW ME terbukti dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun proposal PTK; 2) Pelatihan menggunakan metode Coaching Tipe GROW ME dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun proposal PTK. Saran : 1) Bagi Kepala Sekolah diharapkan terus menerapkan metode coaching terhadap para guru disekolah sehingga kompetensi guru dalam menyusun proposal terus meningkat. 2) Bagi para guru untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensinya dalam menyusun proposal PTK melalui metode coaching yang terus dilaksanakan melaui pendampingan kepala sekolah yang diharapkan mampu membawa guru dalam jenjang kenaikan pangkat melalui publikasi ilmiah berupa proposal PTK. 3) Bagi pengawas metode ini bisa terus dikembangkan disekolah lain khususnya gugus melati sehingga kompetensi dalam menyusun proposal para guru digugus tersebut juga meningkat. 4) Bagi peneliti lain diharapkan penelitian ini sebagai referensi penelitian berikutnya yang mencakup kapasitas yang luas sehingga mampu menghasilkan proposal PTK yang baik dan siap untuk dipublikasikan. This study is based on the teacher problems at SDN Purwoyoso 04 Semarang about competence preparing PTK proposal. The impact of this problem is the stalled career career of the teacher for 5 years. The problem will be solved using School Action Research which aims to know the steps of coaching method of GROW ME model in preparing PTK proposal and how coaching method GROW ME can improve teacher competence in preparing PTK proposal. The subject of this study involved 10 teachers at SDN Purwoyoso 04 Kota Semarang. Research model used as problem solving method is GROW ME Type Coaching Model which consists of Goal, Reality, Options, Will / Whats Next, Monitoring and Evaluation. Data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentation. The instruments in this study are interviews and observation sheets. Data analysis in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed: 1) GROW ME Coaching steps proved to improve teacher competence in preparing PTK proposal; 2) Coaching using GROW ME Coaching method can improve teacher competence in preparing PTK proposal.Suggestion: 1) For the principal is expected to continue to apply the method of coaching teachers in the school so that the competence of teachers in preparing the proposal continues to increase. 2) For teachers to continuously improve their competence in formulating PTK proposal through coaching method which is continuously implemented through the principal's assistance which is expected to be able to bring the teacher in the rank of promotion through scientific publication in the form of PTK proposal. 3) For supervisors this method can continue to be developed in other schools, especially jasmine groups so that competence in preparing the proposals of teachers is also increasing. 4) For other researchers it is hoped that this research will be the next research reference covering a wide capacity so as to produce a good PTK proposal and ready to be published. |
