Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kinerja mengajar guru dalam proses pembelajaran melalui supervisi akademik kunjungan kelas di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Greges dengan jenis penelitian tindakan sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menggunakan studi dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif. Kegiatan supervisi akademik di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Greges diawali dengan kegiatan perencanaan. Dalam perencanaan peneliti membuat program, menyiapkan instrumen supervisi berupa lembar penilaian kemampuan merencanakan pembelajaran atau lembar penilaian RPP dan lembar penilaian pelaksanaan pembelajaran atau Instrumen Penilaian Kinerja Guru (IPKG). Dalam pelaksanaan supervisi melalui kunjungan kelas, supervisor mengawasi kegiatan pembelajaran bersama observer. Kepala sekolah mengamati pelaksanaan tindakan supervisi akademik yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah/peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan pada setiap siklus, dengan melalui siklus I dan siklus II. This study aimed to know the implementation of classroom visit supervision which can improve the performance of the teachers in SD Negeri 2 Greges in learning management which used a school action research. The subjects of this study are the teachers of SD Negeri 2 Greges as well, district of Tembarak, Temanggung. The procedures are used in this study consists of four stages of activities, which have in repeating cycles includes readiness, planning, observing and the last is reflections. The research approach in this study are using data collections while study of documentation, observation, and interviews. The result shows an increased ability the performance of the teachers to prepare the lessons and how they teach (process of teaching) which have twice treatments ahead. The conclusion was the classroom visit supervision can improve the performance of teachers at SD Negeri 2 Greges in learning management. Suggestions given to the teachers who needs improvisation of supervision activities as a sources of any information and to increase the teachers competences and performance. For the school principles needs to the results of this study as a references in conducting action research, while school supervisor also needs to utilize the results of this study as one of the references in any activities of guidance towards principaland the teachers can increase their percormances and skills. |
