Title: Evaluasi Kinerja Guru Bersertifikasi di SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu, Kabupaten Sumba Timur

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja guru bersertifikasi di SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu, Kabupaten Sumba Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 7 orang guru bersertifikasi di SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu. Model evaluasi kinerja guru yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi Charlotte Danielson yang menilai kinerja guru dalam 4 domain yaitu (1) Perencanaan dan Persiapan, (2) Pengelolaan Kelas, (3) Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, dan (4) Tanggungjawab Profesional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan trianggulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian: (1) kinerja guru bersertifikasi di SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu, pada domain Perencanaan dan Persiapan, 57,14% guru berkategori baik, 14,28% berkategori cukup baik, dan 28,57% berkategori kurang baik, (2) pada domain Pengelolaan Kelas, 28,57% guru berkategori baik, sedangkan 71,42% guru berkategori cukup baik, (3)pada domain pelaksanaan pembelajaran, 71,42% guru berkategori baik, dan 28,57% guru berkategori cukup baik, dan (4) pada domain Tanggung Jawab Profesional, 42,85% guru masuk dalam kategori baik, dan 57,14% guru masuk dalam kategori cukup baik. Secara umum kinerja guru sertifikasi di SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu pada setiap komponen penilaian berada pada kategori baik dan cukup baik, meskipun ada guru yang pada beberapa komponen masih berkategori kurang baik.
This study aims to evaluate the performance of certified teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu, East Sumba Regency. The type of this research is evaluative research which using qualitative method. The subject of this research is 7 teachers certified in SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu. The teacher performance evaluation model used is the Charlotte Danielson model that evaluate teacher performance in 4 domains: (1) Planning and Preparation, (2) Classroom Environtment, (3) Instruction, and (4) Professional Responsibility. Data collection techniques that this research used are document studies, observation, and interviews. The data validity test is done by triangulation technique and source. Result of research: (1) the performance of certified teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu, in Planning and Preparation domain, 57,14% in proficient category, 14,28% in basic category, and 28,57% in unsatisfactory category, (2) on Classroom Environment domain, 28,57% of teachers are categorized in proficient category, while 71,42% of teachers are in basic category, (3) on learning implementation domain, 71,42% of teachers are in proficient category, and 28,57% teachers are in basic category, 4) on the domain of Professional Responsibility, 42,85% of teachers are in proficient category, and 57,14% of teachers are in basic category. In general, the performance of certified teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu on each component of assessment is in proficient category and basic category, although there are teachers who in some components are still categorized unsatisfactory.
