Abstract: | Penelitian ini adalah studi dogmatik doctrinal research. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini memanfaatkan beberapa metode, yaitu metode historis, deskriptif, dan eksperimental. Analisis penelitian terhadap bahan hukum ini menggunakan cara deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian adalah CSR merupakan implementasi keadilan sila kelima Pancasila, karena pada dasarnya prinsip CSR itu adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial terhadap masyarakat dengan cara memberikan hak-hak yang harus diperoleh oleh masyarakat secara adil sebagai wujud tanggung jawab perusahaan terhadap lingkungan sekitar, ini sesuai dengan keadilan yang dikehendaki dalam sila kelima Pancasila yaitu mewujudkan suatu kesejahteraan rakyat melalui keadilan. Adapun prinsip CSR adalah setiap orang mempunyai hak yang sama atas kebebasan dasar yang paling luas, seluas kebebasan yang sama bagi semua orang, adapun ketimpangan sosial dan ekonomi mesti diatur sedemikian rupa. This research is a study of the dogmatik doctrinal research. The collection of data in this study utilizes several methods, namely the method of historical, descriptive, and experimental. The analysis research on legal materials using this descriptive analysis. The result of this research is CSR is the implementation of justice of the five principles of Pancasila, because basically the principle of CSR is to improve social welfare to society by giving rights which must be obtained by society justly as a form of corporate responsibility to the surrounding environment. desired in the fifth principle of Pancasila that is to realize a people's prosperity through justice. The principle of CSR is that everyone has equal rights over the broadest basic freedoms, the same width of freedom for all, as for social and economic imbalances should be arranged in such a way. |
