Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi context, input, process, dan product program manajerial kepala sekolah di SD kanisius Cungkup Salatiga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluatif dengan model CIPP. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan pada analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi: koleksi data, reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Validasi data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) dari aspek Context, program manajerial kepala sekolah merupakan kebijakan dari pemerintah dan merupakan tugas dan tanggungjawab dari kepala sekolah dalam mengelola sekolah serta tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, (2) pada aspek Input, program manajerial kepala sekolah terbukti mampu menjawab kebutuhan akan perlunya suatu program untuk mengatasi kinerja guru yang masih rendah, (3) dari aspek Process, program manajerial kepala sekolah sudah berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan, namun masih ada beberapa kendala yaitu SDM masih kurang memadai, sarana dan prasarana kurang memadai, serta terbatasnya dana yang dimiliki oleh sekolah, dan (4) pada aspek Product, semua target yang hendak dicapai dalam perencanaan program sudah tercapai meskipun masih belum maksimal sehingga perlu adanya perbaikan dalam pelaksanaannya The aim of this study is to evaluate the context, input, process, product of the Principal’s Managerial Program in Public School Kanisius Cungkup Salatiga (SD Kanisius Cungkup Salatiga). This study is an evaluative research using CIPP model. This study involves interviews, documentation studies and observations for the data collection. There are several steps taken in analysis of the data including: data collection, data reduction, data display and verification. The validation of data was a triangulation techniques and resources. The results showed: (1) from the aspects of context, the Principal’s Managerial Program was the policy of the central government and was the duty and responsibility of the principal in managing the school as well as the educator and the educational staff in order to improve the quality of education, (2) from the side of input, principal’s managerial program proved to be able to answer the need for the program to address the low level of the teacher’s performance, (3) from the part of process, the principal’s managerial program has been run in accordance with program planned but on its implementation there were obstacles where that human resources are still inadequate, facilities and infrastructure less adequate and also schools have limited funds, and (4) from the section of product, all targets to be achieved in the program planned have been reached even though still inadequate so that it needs to be improved in its implementation |
