Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk berupa modul pelatihan PTK berbasis andragogi. Subjek penelitian adalah pengawas, kepala sekolah dan guru PNS SMP Negeri 4 Wewewa Timur, Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya. Jenis penelitian ini Research and Development. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE, meliputi lima tahap yaitu tahap analysis, design, development, implementation, dan evaluation. Tahap analysis meliputi analisis kebutuhan modul pelatihan. Tahap design meliputi pembuatan kerangka dan penyusunan peta kompetensi modul pelatihan. Tahap development meliputi penulisan modul dan validasi modul oleh ahli. Tahap implementation dilakukan melalui pelatihan. Tahap evaluation meliputi evaluasi hasil Pre-test, hasil Post-test, hasil observasi, dan angket tanggapan peserta pelatihan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, tes, dan angket. Analisis data menggunakan metode campuran. Validasi data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pelatihan PTK dilakukan setiap tahun oleh Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten dengan sasaran utama guru PNS. Pelatihan dilakukan selama 1 minggu; 2) kelamahan pelatihan yang pernah dilakukan yaitu jumlah peserta pelatihan tidak berbanding dengan jumlah pelatih dan tidak tersedianya bahan pelatihan dalam bentuk cetak; 3) modul dikembangkan berdasarkan model ADDIE dengan rata-rata validasi modul oleh ahli sebesar 76,8%, kategori baik. Pelatihan menggunakan modul pelatihan PTK berbasis andragogi meningkatkan kompetensi guru PNS SMP Negeri 4 Wewewa Timur. This study aims to develop product of training module of classroom action research (CAR) based on andragogy. The subject of this research is were supervisor, principal and civil servant teachers in public junior high school 4 East Wewewa, district southwest sumba. The type of this research is Research and Development. This research uses ADDIE model which includes five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Stage analysis includes analysis of training module needs. The design stage includes the creation of a framework and the compilation of the competency map of the training module. Development stage includes the writing of training module and validation module by expert. Implementation stage is done through training of CAR based on andragogy. The evaluation stage includes evaluation of Pre-test results, Post-test results, observation results, and questionnaire responses of trainees. Data collection is done through interview, observation, test, and questionnaire. Data analysis using mixed methods. Data validation using triangulation technique and source. The results showed that: 1) CAR training is conducted annually by discrit education offices targeted at civil servant teachers. Training is done for one week; 2) the weakness of the training that has be done is the number of trainerss is not proportional to the trainer and the unavailability of training material in print form; 3) training module developed based on ADDIE model with average module validation by experts is 76.8%, good category. Training using training module CAR based andragogi improve the competence of civil servant teachers in public junior high school 4 East Wewewa. |
