dc.description.abstract | Latar Belakang: Konseling gizi adalah suatu bentuk pendekatan yang digunakan asuhan gizi untuk menolong individu atau keluarga memperoleh pengertian tentang suatu diet penyakit tentang dirinya dan permasalahan yang dihadapi. Konseling dapat mempengaruhi daya terima makan pasien. Pasien diit khusus membutuhkan perhatian dalam asupan makannya. Makanan pasien diit khusus mempunyai cita rasa yang kurang dimakan pasien diit khusus dengan konseling gizi diharapkan pasien mengetahui tentang penyakitnya dan dapat meningkatkan daya terima terhadap makanan yang disajikan di RS. Tujuan: Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh konseling gizi tehadap daya terima makanan diet khusus. Metode: Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan pre- and post- control group design. Populasi adalah seluruh pasein dengan diet khusus di RSUD Ungaran. Sampel ditentukan dengan mengambil 30 pasien dan dibagi menjadi 2 grup (15 pasien sebagai kontrol dan 15 pasien perlakuan) di lakukan selama beberapa hari. Kelompok kontrol hanya mendapat leaflet dan kelompok perlakuan mendapat konseling gizi dan leaflet. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPPS dengan uji T test. Hasil: Hasil dari analisis menunjukan pelaksanaan konseling gizi memberikan perubahan signifikan terhadap daya terima makan dengan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) < 0,0005. Kesimpulan: Pelaksanaan konseling gizi diikuti pasien yang mendapat diet khusus di RSUD Ungaran, Jawa Tengah memberikan dampak positif terhadap daya terima makan pasien berupa peningkatan sisa makanan pasien. | id |
dc.description.abstract | Background: Nutrition counseling is a form of approach that is used nutritional care to help individuals or families gain understanding about a diet of disease about himself and the problems encountered. Counseling can affect the patient's feeding power. Special diit patients need attention in their dietary intake. Diit special diet foods have a taste that less eaten special patients with nutritional counseling patients are expected to know about the disease and can improve the acceptance of the food served in the hospital. Objective: This study was to analyze the effect of nutrition counseling on the acceptance of special diet foods Method: This study used experimental design with pre- and post- control group design. Population is whole pasein with special diet in RSUD Ungaran. The sample was determined by taking 30 patients and divided into 2 groups (15 patients as control and 15 treatment patients) in the course of several days. The control group received only leaflets and treatment groups received nutritional counseling and leaflets. Results: The results of the analysis show that the implementation of nutritional counseling provides a significant change in the acceptance of food with Asymp values. Sig. (2-tailed) <0,0005. Conclusion: The implementation of nutritional counseling followed by patients who received a special diet at RSUD Ungaran, Central Java had a positive impact on the patient's food acceptance in the form of an increase in the patient's leftovers. | en_US |
