Abstract: | Pembelajaran aktif merupakan kegiatan yang melibatkan siswa lebih banyak dari pada guru dan memfasilitasi siswa untuk beraktivitas fisik dan kogitif. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendesain model pembelajaran Jigsaw berdasarkan temuan proporsi aktivitas fisik dan kognitif siswa pada pelajaran fisika materi alat-alat optik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mendasarkan pada model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu tahap analisis (analyzing), tahap perencanaan (designing), tahap pengembangan (development), tahap pelaksanaan (implementation) dan tahap evaluasi (evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain pembelajaran yang dikembangkan mendasarkan pada hasil kajian proporsi aktivitas fisik dan kognitif serta karakteristik pembelajaran fisika yang menekankan pada proporsi kognitif lebih besar daripada fisik. Hasil penelitian yaitu rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) model jigsaw pada materi alat-alat optik yang disajikan dalam empat pertemuan. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa desain pembelajaran cooperative learning tipe Jigsaw yang dikembangkan sudah berdasarkan pada hasil kajian proporsi aktivitas fisik dan kognitif serta karakteristik pembelajaran fisika yang menekankan proporsi kognitif lebih besar daripada fisik. Ketercukupan proporsi aktivitas kognitif dalam desain difasilitasi dengan kegiatan praktikum, diskusi, menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan penggiring didalam modul praktikum, dan menjelaskan materi secara lesan didepan kelas, yang memperbanyak aktivitas kognitif. Active learning is an activity that involves more students rather than the teacher to be active and facilitates students for physical and cognitive activities. The purpose of the study is to design the Jigsaw learning model based on the findings of the students’ physical and cognitive activities proportion on the optical instruments material of physics. This research is a development research based on ADDIE model consisting of five stages namely analyzing, designing, development, implementation and evaluation. The result shows that the learning design which is developed is based on the results of the examination of the physical and cognitive activities proportion. Moreover, physics learning characteristics emphasize the greater cognitive proportion rather than physical proportion. The result of the research is the lesson plan of Jigsaw model about optical instruments presented in four meetings. The conclusions of this study indicate that Jigsaw cooperative learning design which has been developed is based on the result of physical and cognitive activities proportion and also physics learning characteristics emphasize that the cognitive proportion is greater than physical proportion. The adequacy of the cognitive activity proportion in the design is facilitated by practicum activities, discussion, answering questions in the practicum module, and explaining the material in front of the class which enhances cognitive activity. |
