Abstract: Keputusan pembelian adalah seleksi terhadap dua pilihan alternatif atau lebih. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan harga, lokasi, kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan lingkungan dengan tahapan keputusan pembelian susu segar di Kelurahan Salatiga, Kecamatan Sidorejo, Salatiga, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Lokasi penelitian ditetapkan secara sengaja di empat tempat penjualan susu segar di Kelurahan Salatiga. Unit analisis penelitian remaja berusia 12 sampai 21 tahun belum menikah yang mengkonsumsi dan membeli susu segar di empat lokasi penjualan susu tersebut. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara Convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel 40 responden. Analisis data dengan korelasi rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara lokasi, kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan lingkungan dengan tahapan keputusan pembelian susu segar, sedangkan harga memiliki hubungan positif dan tidak signifikan dengan tahapan keputusan pembelian.
The purchasing decision consists of the selection of two or more alternative choices. The study objectives determining to be related to the cost, location, product quality, service quality, and environment to the stage-based on decision to buy fresh milk in Salatiga areas, Sidorejo District, Salatiga, Central Java. Accordingly, the research is doing a quantitative descriptive research with survey methods. Therefore, the data collections done by observation and interviews using a questionnaire. The research location was set intentionally in four places selling fresh milk in Salatiga areas. Analysis unit of adolescent research unmarried 12 to 21-year-olds who consume and buy fresh milk in the four locations of selling milk. The sampling uses a non-probability sampling method. The sampling technique was carried out by Convenience sampling with a sample of 40 respondents. The data analysis with Spearman rank correlation. The results showed that there was a significant positive linked by between location, product quality, service quality, and environment stage-based on the decision of buying fresh milk, while prices have a positive and insignificant relationship with the stages of purchasing decisions.
