Abstract: PT. Kepuh Kencana Arum is a company engaged in building industry in Indonesia. The company has been in motion for 25 years with KENCANA products to be a track record of innovation and corporate commitment embodied in extensive product diversification, recognition of product quality by the building industry throughout Indonesia, layer in Indonesia. With the increasing number of Indonesian customers who cooperate with PT. Kepuh Kencana Arum, the production process is required to more quickly and efficiently. PT. Kepuh Kencana Arum monitors every process that is done by forming machine, from basic material to produce a product form manually where the workers record the product to a report book. This results in a non maximized production that can not be analyzed, such as machines that work ineffectively and provide employee loopholes for data manipulation. To overcome this problem, the design of monitoring system, so that PT. Kepuh has a record of production data per hour (including the number and size) and the amount of power consumed by the machine each time. In this design will be built 3-phase power monitoring system, so that PT. Kepuh can analyze all engine performance and production with valid data. From the results of tests that have been done, ZMPT101B voltage sensor module has a ratio of input voltage and output of 352: 1. Forming machine with 3 phase power source in PT. Kepuh has a state of lagging power factor. The differential error reading current from Arduino UNO compared to the GW INSTEK GDM-360 multimeter averaged 0.027 A. The calculation method for True RMS has a correction of less than 2% for 10 experiments. The 3 phase electrical power monitoring tool can measure energy (kWh) in real-time using Arduino UNO compared to the PM750 powerlogic with a maximum error of 7.7% in 10 attempts for 10 minutes.
