dc.description.abstract | Beragam jenis antena dan pengaplikasiannya sedang marak diteliti dan di kembangkan, salah satunya antena jenis mikrostrip yang memiliki design sederhana namun mampu memberikan kinerja yang bagus untuk frekuensi tinggi salah satunya untuk frekuensi radar. Pada perkembangannya sudah banyak dihasilkan perancangan antena yang bekerja pada S band (2-3 GHz), X band (8-12 GHz), Ku band (12-18 GHz) dengan beraneka macam bentuk patch dan design. Skripsi ini berjudul “Rancang Bangun Antena Mikrostrip Persegi Panjang Array 8×1 pada Frekuensi 5,625 GHz” membahas mengenai pembuatan antena mikrostrip pada C band (4-8 GHz) yang termasuk rentang frekuensi untuk radar, salah satunya radar cuaca yang bekerja pada 5,6 – 5,65 GHz. Perancangan ini menggunakan teknik pencatuan microstrip line feed dengan bentuk patch persegi panjang dan menggunakan bahan substrat FR 4 epoxy dengan εr = 4, 65. Dalam merancang dimensi antena ini digunakan analisis matematis dan disimulasikan dengan software CST Microwave Studio Suite 2016 sampai didapatkan antena sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, antena ini bekerja pada rentang frekuensi 5,5302 GHz – 5,7153 GHz, bandwidth yang dihasilkan sebesar 185 MHz, mempunyai nilai VSWR 1,061 dan return loss sebesar -30,448 dB, serta gain 9,65 dB. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran, antena ini mempunyai rentang frekuensi kerja 5,478 GHz – 5,788 GHz dan bekerja pada band frekuensi radar yaitu 5,625 GHz, memiliki VSWR sebesar 1,229 dan return loss sebesar -19,781 dB, memiliki bandwidth yang mencapai 310 MHz, dan gain 10,56 dB. | id |
dc.description.abstract | Various types of antennas and their applications are being studied and developed, one of them is a microstrip type antenna that has a simple design but is able to provide good performance for high frequency, one of them for radar frequency. The development of antenna has been produced a lot of antenna design which are work on S band (2-3 GHz), X band (8-12 GHz), Ku band (12-18 GHz) with a variety of patches and designs. In the project that entitled "Design of 8×1 Array Rectangular Microstrip Antenna operates at 5,625 GHz" to discuss the making of C band microstrip antenna which is included in radar frequency, one of which is the weather radar that operates at 5.6-5.65 GHz. This design is using microstrip line feed rationing techniques and it has an rectangular patch and using FR-4 epoxy with εr = 4.65 for the substrate material. In designing this antenna dimensions used mathematical analysis and simulated with CST Microwave Studio Suite 2016 software until the antenna according to desired specifications. Based on the simulation results, this antenna works in the frequency range 5.5302 GHz - 5.7153 GHz, the resulting bandwidth is 185 MHz, has a VSWR value of 1.061 and a return loss of -30.448 dB, and a gain of 9.65 dB. Based on the measurement results, this antenna has a working frequency range of 5.478 GHz - 5.788 GHz and works on radar frequency bands 5.625 GHz, has a VSWR of 1.229 and return loss of -19.781 dB, has a bandwidth of 310 MHz, and a gain of 10.56 dB. | en_US |
