Abstract: | Televisi merupakan salah satu media komunikasi yang paling efektif menyampaikan pesan kepada khalayak. Kompas TV Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu televisi swasta lokal pertama di Semarang. Kompas TV Jawa Tengah dengan nama udara TV Borobudur berdiri sejak 12 Mei 2003. Ketertarikan peneliti dikarenakan Kompas TV Jawa Tengah sudah berdiri cukup lama, yaitu sejak 2003 hingga saat ini. Sebagai stasiun televisi swasta lokal pertama di Semarang, sebelumnya bernama TV Borobudur (TV B) hingga beralih nama menjadi Kompas TV Jawa Tengah.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Budaya Organisasi di Kompas TV Jawa Tengah yang terbentuk dan dipertunjukan melalui interaksi antar anggota organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pada Kompas Tv Jawa Tengah terjalin dalam kondisi formal dan informal. Komunikasi formal memiliki peran dalam mengambil keputusan organisasi, sedangkan komunikasi informal memiliki peran dalam mempererat tali persaudaraan antar staff. Selain itu, Budaya organisasi Kompas TV Jawa Tengah terbentuk melalui communication performance. Television as an electronic media, is a communication medium that is considered the most successful compared to other mass media in conveying messages to the public. Kompas TV Central Java is one of the first local TV station in Semarang. Kompas TV Central Java with the name air TV Borobudur was established on May 12, 2003. Researchers' interest because Kompas TV Central Java has been established for a long time, namely since 2003 until now. This study aims to find out the Organizational Culture in Kompas TV Central Java which was formed and demonstrated through interaction between members of the organization. The method used is qualitative. The results found in this study are communication in Kompas TV Central Java interwoven in formal and informal conditions. Formal communication has a role in making organizational decisions, while informal communication has a role in strengthening the relationship between staff. In addition, Kompas TV Central Java organizational culture is formed through communication performances. |
