Aplikasi Interaktif Berbasis Multimedia untuk Pembelajaran Tata Hidang (Studi Kasus : SMK N 1 Salatiga)

Abstract

The development of technology is positively welcomed by the public recently. Its growth does not only take place beneficially for the bussines and government's system, but also in a world of education. One of its example is vocational high school with one of the majors is culinary. Considering the importance of culinary in providing food and beverage service to be understood by the students, interactive application is fitted by vocational high school curriculum. Interactive Multimedia Application for Learning Provide Food and Beverage Service is designed by waterfall method and implemented to encourage student's understanding on the materials.
