Abstract: The sludge of creamer waste production is potential to be an organic fertilizer by the addition of organic matters, such as compost and husk charcoal. In this research, effectivity test of organic fertilizers made by creamer sludge with some variations of compositions in the pakchoy cultivation was done. The research was held at the PT. Kievit Indonesia and Fakultas Pertanian dan Bisnis Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. This research method was used a completely randomized block design and the data were tested with ANOVA (F 5% test) which was followed with Tukey 5% test. The research consisted of 9 treatments, which were KAS0 (control, without fertilizer), KAS1 (compost, husk charcoal, sludge), KAS2 (sludge), KAS3 (husk charcoal, sludge), KAS4 (husk charcoal), KAS5 (compost, husk charcoal), KAS6 (compost), KAS7 (compost, sludge), and NPK (control inorganic NPK). Each treatment had 4 replications. The results showed that different compositions of organic fertilizers effects to different influence to the growth and the yield of pakchoy cultivation. The KAS2 treatment gives the best influence to the number of leaves, total leaves area, the plant fresh weight, and the plant dry weight, while the greatest amount of chlorophyll showed by the KAS7 treatment.
