Abstract: Social Media lately get more attention from nation government, since its function for their institution as a means to reach out society and people. But it still pose a problem because in social media message often become bias by massive society. On January issues involving importer and toys collector with excise tax institution about SNI policy, there is an importer posting a video about its experience with excise tax that make issues become viral in some social media platform especially Facebook. Main problem of issues currently is prohibitation for importing goods that doesn’t had SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia), but its become bias when importer using social media to give a brief experience in one point of view as collector who want to buy toys for one sole-purpose, collecting. But when issues become viral another society responding it, official importer. On Conclusion of issues, hand carry importer policy had been improved and loosen, thus making importer that want to buy collectibles toys or souvenirs free of SNI if they meet requirement. Tension in social media is subsided and research result giving an answer that January SNI Issues become viral because netizen point of view is being limited and thus rising disagreement on excise tax social media platform
